    Welcome to CrewExpo (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using https://crewexpo.com (“Website” or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    1. About CrewExpo

    CrewExpo is a B2B platform that connects exhibitors, agencies, service providers, and professionals for global trade shows and events. Our platform allows users to browse agency listings, post jobs, manage profiles, and purchase premium services.

    2. Eligibility

    To use CrewExpo, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Provide accurate and complete registration details
    • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

    3. User Accounts

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

    4. Services

    CrewExpo provides:

    • Agency listings and company profiles
    • Job postings and applications
    • Premium visibility and promotion packages
    • Networking and exhibitor tools

    We may update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

    5. Payment Policy

    All payments on CrewExpo are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. CrewExpo does not store your payment information; it is handled directly by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

    6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Since CrewExpo provides digital services, refunds are generally not offered after services are activated or accessed.

    However, we will review refund requests under the following conditions:

    • If you were charged incorrectly
    • If a duplicate payment was made
    • If a purchased service could not be delivered due to a platform issue

    Refund requests must be submitted to hello@crewexpo.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. If approved, refunds will be processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

    7. Service Delivery

    CrewExpo does not ship physical products. All services are delivered online. Once payment is confirmed, premium services are activated immediately unless otherwise stated.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on CrewExpo, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Vedego Media Inc. or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

    9. Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to:

    • Use CrewExpo for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
    • Post inaccurate or misleading information
    • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform
    • Violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

    Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    CrewExpo acts as a platform and is not responsible for:

    • Transactions or agreements made between agencies and exhibitors
    • Content uploaded by users or third-party providers
    • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services

    Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in the past 12 months.

    11. Third-Party Services

    CrewExpo integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to:

    • Stripe (payment processing)
    • Google Analytics (traffic analysis)
    • LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising)
    • Meta Pixel (marketing)
    • HubSpot / Mailchimp / Bravo (automation & CRM)

    We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party providers. Please review their respective policies.

    12. Privacy & Cookies

    Our data collection and processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. For information about cookies, please refer to our Cookies Policy.

    13. Changes to These Terms
